We believe so strongly in our approach, our people and the Performance
Improvement Programmes that we implement that we are prepared to consider projects
where the level of your investment is based partly on the performance
improvements arising from our work. Such models as shared risk
&
reward and shared ROI, can be used for this purpose. Such arrangements
are appropriate for full life cycle projects and will normally apply to
the stages following a Sales Maturity Assessment when we will have agreed on
the scope of the complete project.
We do provide various support
options based on the programmes we
put together and a certain level of
support is mandatory where we
develop and implement a Performance
Improvement Programme with a
performance reward element.
