Having created the foundation we then work with the sales team members and the sales management to ensure they are comfortable using the new processes and tools in their day-to-day selling activities. Our solutions are effective because they become the norm, the ONLY way your sales people go about their selling activities. They are also effective because we provide a complete joined-up solution which is understood in the vertical dimension from the most junior sales person right through to the board and in the horizontal dimension embracing, for example; sales support, marketing, production, delivery and finance.
This work takes a variety of forms; workshops, skills training, mentoring, shadowing, coaching, to name but a few, with each intervention designed & delivered to match the needs of the individual, within the context of the business' goals, proposition and marketplace.
We also work with the leadership team, providing mentoring and coaching to ensure they can get the best out of the tools and controls implemented and the programme is able to deliver on its expectations.
Typically, training can only address limited variations on
scenarios, be they live or hypothetical, consequently, once the main programme has been completed, we will transition to a support
phase for as long as required in order to provide guidance on new situations and to bed in the new ways of working
while they become habit.
